ASSERT Center Modules

The ASSERT Center has developed several modules for use in a variety of teaching environments, including university classes, K-12 Schools, and professional workshops. The following modules are currently available:

• Safe Web Browsing
• Password Security
• Mathematics of Passwords
• Introduction to Computer Forensics
• Introduction to Network Security
• Introduction to Cryptography
• Introduction to Steganography
• What Every Teacher Should Know About Computer Security

To obtain these modules, contact fyassert@uaf.edu. In addition to providing educational content for these modules, it may also be possible to arrange for an ASSERT faculty or staff member to present the material.

If you have a suggestion for the topic of a new module, or are interested in developing a module for ASSERT, please let us know.
